Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on small items over $200.
Q: When will it be delivered?
A: We will generally ship your order within 48 hours of receipt.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Of course, all our products have a one-year warranty, if the product is damaged or has some problems due to its own quality under normal use, we will provide you with the option of return, exchange or repair
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We currently only support Paypal payment method, we are in communication with the bank, and will open credit card payment method in the future.
Q: Can I change the address of my order?
A: You can contact us to change your order information before your order is shipped.
Q: Where do I go to track my package?
A: We will send the query directly to your mailbox after shipment. If you have not received emails for a long time, you can check in your junk mailbox to see whether it is misjudged by the system as spam, or you can contact us at support@airspeedauto.com.
Q: My order arrived damaged.
A: It is sad. You can contact us with your order number and pictures of the damaged product. We will take care of this matter properly
Q: My package was lost.
A: Don't worry. If the order shows signed for but you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
Q: Is there an installation video?
A: Yes, for products that might pose a bit of a challenge in assembly, we provide installation videos on their respective product pages. Can't find a video? Contact support@airspeedauto.com for assistance. We're here to help and will respond as soon as possible.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30 day return policy.
